Housekeeping Supervisor

Join the East West Hospitality team at Stag Lodge as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to help lead our exceptional housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll assist the Housekeeping Manager in training, developing, and supervising a highly effective group of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Nestled slope-side in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers ski-in/ski-out convenience, luxury accommodations, and warm mountain hospitality—all proudly managed by East West Hospitality, a leader in luxury property and resort management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with training, developing, and supervising housekeeping team members.
• Inspect condominiums and common areas, record inspection results, and communicate necessary corrections.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to create weekly schedules that ensure proper coverage within budgetary guidelines and occupancy levels.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to team members on housekeeping practices, techniques, and standards.
• Perform cleaning duties in guest condominiums and common areas according to established department standards.
• Stock rooms and common areas with the appropriate supplies and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly to management for resolution.
• Address guest concerns courteously and efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and reports as assigned.
• Assist with ordering supplies, writing work orders, and tracking performance metrics.
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Stag Lodge, UT

Start Date: 11/29/2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate:  $24-25 per hour

Job Closing Date: 12/1/2025 or until filled

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or resort operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with a passion for guest service and team development.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
