Houseperson - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Duties Include:
- Clean and service guest rooms, villas, and public areas to company and brand standards, ensuring spaces are guest-ready and well maintained.
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, furniture, and other room surfaces.
- Inspect rooms for quality and readiness, reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply inventories while following all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
- Deliver professional guest service and support resort operations through deep-cleaning projects, special assignments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $20/ hr
Schedule: 5 days per week, scheduled days may vary based on business needs

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred. The role requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Candidates should have knowledge of proper linen handling, waste disposal, safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Availability for weekends and holidays is required, along with strong reliability, time management skills, accountability, and a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
