The Charter Steakhouse is seeking a seasonal, part-time Lead Breakfast Server to start our guests’ mornings on the perfect note! In this leadership role, you’ll be at the center of creating memorable breakfast experiences—overseeing service, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. You’ll set the tone for each day with polished hospitality, smooth operations, and a warm, welcoming presence.

Duties Include:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and elevate breakfast service to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

  • Lead the server team by managing table assignments, monitoring service flow, and supporting prompt, attentive hospitality.

  • Train new team members, provide guidance, and help maintain consistent service standards.

  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to protect the guest experience.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished environment throughout the breakfast shift.

  • Uphold high standards of presentation, communication, and teamwork that set the tone for the rest of the day.

Employment Type: Seasonal Full Time

Pay Rate: $18 / hour plus tips

Schedule: 6:30AM - 11:30AM

Post Closing Date:  12/12/2025 or until filled

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a lead server role with knowledge of breakfast service operations and food safety standards.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
