Lead Housekeeper

Step into the role of Lead Housekeeper at Stag Lodge, one of Deer Valley’s premier ski-in/ski-out luxury properties managed by East West Hospitality. The Lead Housekeeper plays a key role in supporting the housekeeping team by completing projects, maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the property—including floor care—and conducting self-inspections to ensure every area meets Stag Lodge’s high standards.

Duties Include:

• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel common areas
• Clean hallways, dust, vacuum and check the cleanliness of the stairwells
• Remove all trash
• Deep cleaning of the steam rooms in the club and spa
• Full cleaning of public bathrooms
• Report any damages or when any supplies are low
• Sweep and mop lobby area
• Must use a radio to communicate with Front Desk
• All employees are to arrive to work on time. They might be in proper uniform and name tag.  

Location: Stag Lodge, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 / hour

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to pick up and carry 20+ lbs
• A minimum of one year of previous experience in a similar role is required.
• A qualified candidate will have a good command of English and Spanish, written and verbal. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
