Lead Valet - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Duties Include:
Deliver an elevated, personalized guest experience from arrival through departure, anticipating needs with professionalism and poise.
Extend warm, genuine welcomes while providing expert valet and luggage assistance.
Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles, keeping the motor court pristine, organized, and guest-ready.
Oversee and coordinate valet and bell operations, ensuring smooth VIP and group arrivals.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to uphold The Westin’s signature standards of service excellence.
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $18 / hour + tips
Schedule: Full time, Saturday - Sunday availability is a must. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with empathy and a hustle mentality. Previous valet experience in a full-service resort is essential, complemented by a background in guest and customer service. You should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and be at least 25 years old. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must pass a background and motor vehicle record (MVR) check. Additionally, the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs, as well as push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs, is necessary to succeed in this role.
