Line Cook I Banquets
We are currently seeking a Banquet Cook to join our team!
Scope of this Position:
- To assist the Banquet Chef in providing an effective service in the Kitchen.
- To ensure high quality preparation and execution of food to the standard set by the hotel, ensuring highest levels of guest, company and colleague satisfaction.
- Strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
- Minimum of 4 years working in a professional kitchen (with at least 2 years cooking on the line
- Knowledge of Kitchen operational procedures.
- Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department.
- Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards.
