Maintenance Technician I - Residences Bachelor Gulch
Join The Residences at Bachelor Gulch as a Maintenance Technician I and play a key role in keeping our luxury property running smoothly. In this hands-on position, you’ll handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across guest units and common areas. We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in general maintenance—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances—who takes pride in delivering top-notch service. If reliability, skill, and attention to detail are your strengths, we want you on our team!
Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Respond to guest maintenance requests via ALICE and conduct pre-arrival room inspections.
Perform HVAC, plumbing, appliance, and general repair work, including drywall, painting, and common area lighting.
Maintain mechanical systems and perform routine hot tub chemical checks.
Handle snow removal and exterior upkeep, including sidewalks.
Ensure all areas of the property are safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Pay Rate: $25 - $27/ hour
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday
