Maintenance

The Condo Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning living environment for residents. This role includes routine upkeep, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with general property care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and prevent problems
• Maintain common areas (hallways, parking areas, amenities, landscaping support as needed)
• Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
• Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards

Location: Woodrun Place, Managed by East West Hospitality - Snowmass Village, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: 4/1/2026

Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, may include weekends or on-call hours for emergencies

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or Trade School Certification preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
