Mid-Level Maintenance Technician - The Charter

We’re looking for a skilled Mid-Level Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our multifamily condo-hotel property. Duties Include:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest units and common areas
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
Complete preventative maintenance tasks and conduct safety inspections
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and residents
Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and documentation while supporting special projects as needed
Location: The Charter in Beaver Creek, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $26 - $31/hour DOE; $500 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 60 days
Schedule: 5 days per week with some weekend and holiday flexibility

The ideal candidate will possess:
3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality settings
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks indoors and outdoors
Excellent attention to detail, with strong customer service and communication skills
