Night Audit

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Night Audit  to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete nightly audit procedures
• Generate and distribute required reports for hotel departments and management. (Viceroy Vision, No Shows, Financial reporting and all other necessary end of day tasks and procedures)
• Conduct security property walks emphasizing attention to detail of important areas of the hotel.
• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ability to provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Perform front desk agent abilities such as check in/out, guest billing and guest specific requests
• Use good judgement and attention to detail keeping the lobby, front desk and back office area well maintained for the morning shift.
• Respond to emergencies or disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Report any necessary information to pass on to the AM manager on duty.

• Utilize multiple hotel systems including Property Management Systems including Opera, ALICE and Micros
• Support housekeeping and maintenance with overnight guest requests or room moves.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby are
• Acting Manager on Duty while on shift

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: 11pm-7:30am shift, 5 days a week

Pay Rate:$25.00 / hour

• Previous hotel and night audit experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required including Microsoft Office Suite. Opera or other PMS system preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
