Office Manager - Corporate Headquarters

In this in-person role, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and high-performing workplace while supporting the daily operations behind one of Colorado’s leading hospitality companies. Responsibilities Include:

• Keep the corporate office running smoothly through facility oversight, vendor management, and operational support
• Create an exceptional workplace experience through employee recognition, events, and engagement programs
• Manage internal communications, culture initiatives, and company-wide messaging
• Support leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, projects, and financial processes
• Help strengthen community partnerships through volunteer opportunities, charitable giving, and local engagement

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26 - $28/ hour DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our ideal Office Manager is a highly organized, people-focused professional with 3–5+ years of experience in office operations, hospitality administration, or employee engagement. You thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, communicating clearly, and juggling multiple priorities without losing the details. You’re tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, Canva, and communication platforms) and take pride in creating a positive, well-run, and connected workplace experience.
