We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support our Store Manager in delivering the exceptional service, curated style, and personalized attention that Eye Pieces is known for. What You’ll Be Doing:
Driving Sales & Service: Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while ensuring every guest enjoys an elevated shopping experience.
Coaching & Team Support: Help train, motivate, and develop associates so they bring their best to every shift.
Customer Experience: Engage with clients, guide eyewear selection, and create lasting relationships that make customers feel like VIPs.
Operational Excellence: Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock organization to keep the boutique at its best.
Collaboration: Partner with opticians, lab techs, and sales associates to ensure smooth operations.
Stepping Up: Open and close the store when needed and act as manager-on-duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
Promotions & Events: Support in-store campaigns, seasonal resets, and clienteling efforts that keep customers excited to return.
Location: Eye Pieces - Lionshead
Employment Type: Full Time Year Round
Pay Rate: $ 65K - $70k/Annually

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–4 years in retail (luxury, fashion, or boutique experience preferred); at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. ABO-NCLE certification support available.
