We are looking for a dynamic, positive and customer service oriented Store Manager who has retail management or optical management experience.

Duties Include:

• Outstanding customer service skills built on lasting relationships.
• Transparent and collaborative effort with management team, providing guidance, direction and development to the store(s).
• Oversee compliance of staff with established company policies, procedures and standards.
• Entrepreneurial: demonstrate an elevated degree of professionalism.
• Work to achieve sales volume and maximize profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets.
• Recruit, train and maintain exceptional staff.
• Manage inventory levels and comply with weekly replenishment guidelines.
• Work alongside Marketing Manager to schedule events for the store(s).
• Managment of ECP daily, weekly and monthly.
• Support the team and ensure all customers receive the highest level of service.
• Drive profitable store sales to meet or exceed company goals and objectives.
• Go the extra mile to create a personal unique experience for each client.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Eye Pieces Basalt, CO. Roaring Fork Valley, multiple locations.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: 60-75k/year DOE.  Manager Bonus Potential, Commission Potential (7k-20k range)

Schedule: Holidays, weekends and evenings required.

• Must be a current Eye Pieces employee
• Bachelors Degree or 5+ years previous experience in a retail management .
• 5 + years previous optical experience.
• Retail sales experience with customer facing support.
• ABO certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to remain calm under pressure, juggle many things at once.
• Local mindset- Love where we live, work and play.
• ECP proficiency preferred, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status to East West.
• Flexible schedule required, including the ability to work weekends and evenings.
