The Owner Services team at Residences at Bachelor Gulch is hiring an Overnight Manager on Duty to join our Night Audit team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in one of the Vail Valley’s most exclusive destinations—keeping operations smooth, ensuring property security, and delivering personalized service to owners and guests throughout the night. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure property security, responding to alarms and potential risks.
• Accurately complete Night Audit reports.
• Deliver warm, professional service to owners and guests.
• Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with luggage handling and vehicle services.

Location: Residences Bachelor Gulch 

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round 

Pay rate: $25/hour (tips possible)

Schedule: Nights, 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate is reliable, sociable, and assertive, bringing a High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of hospitality experience (or an equivalent combination of education and training). They possess a strong understanding of hospitality principles, area events, and club amenities, paired with proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office and Opera PMS. Exceptional customer service skills and clear, professional communication—whether via email, text, phone, or in person—are a must, along with excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
