Overnight Service Express Attendant
The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a customer service oriented Overnight Service Express Attendant to join their team in Avon, CO. The Overnight Service Express Attendant is a key part of the back-of-the-house guest service team. This position delivers all guest requests in a timely and friendly manner. Delivers in room dining orders following all Westin Brand Standards AAA Four Diamond, sometimes including in-suite dining service. Cleans all trays, trash and laundry from hallways throughout each set of sweeps. Acts as a member of the Emergency Response team of the hotel. Assists Night Audit Team with routine security sweeps each shift.
Additionally, the Overnight Service Express Attendant assist guests with room key access, verifies name on reservations with government issued id. Greets guests upon arrival to offer assistance with parking and luggage. Vehicles should be cleared from Courtyard as soon as they are unloaded and prepared to park. Delivers housekeeping supplies to guest rooms and assists guest with setup. Delivers amenities and shipping packages to guest room promptly upon request. Other duties as assigned.
By performing your duties in a manner which is personal, instinctive and renewing, the attendant can have a huge impact on the guest experience here at the Westin.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous guest service experience, preferably in a luxury resort hospitality environment; High school diploma or equivalent; ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours/day and lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidate will be a positive, professional, customer service oriented individual. Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
