Owner Services Specialist - Residences Bachelor Gulch

We’re looking for an Owner Services Specialist to bring together the best of concierge care, front office coordination, and personalized guest engagement. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft memorable itineraries, anticipate needs before arrival, and ensure every stay unfolds seamlessly. What You’ll Do:
Deliver elevated, personalized service—anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Represent The Residences with professionalism and polish through impeccable grooming, communication, and attention to detail.
Maintain an inviting, organized environment across guest spaces, the business center, and back-office areas.
Stay current on local experiences, dining, and activities to curate unforgettable stays for every owner.
Coordinate key administrative and operational tasks, including pre-arrival communications, cash handling, event updates, and cross-departmental support.
Location: The Residences Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: Flexibility offered across three shifts. AM (7am - 3:30pm), PM (2pm - 10pm and 3pm - 11pm), and mid (10am - 6pm). Schedule will include Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Pay Rate: $22.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities and commissions, our OSS have been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

Our ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and sociable, with a strong spirit of teamwork. They have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of hospitality experience — or a combination of education, training, and experience that prepares them for success. They bring a solid understanding of hospitality industry practices, are proficient with computer applications, and excel in customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals. Familiarity with local area amenities, activities, and events is a plus.
