Part Time Server - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Join the team at Colletta, a vibrant restaurant located within The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, where exceptional food and genuine hospitality come together to create memorable dining experiences. We're seeking morning Part-Time Servers who enjoy connecting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering personalized service, stays composed during busy shifts, and enjoys being part of a restaurant that values both hospitality and teamwork.

What You'll Do Includes:

Provide attentive, professional service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.

Build rapport with guests by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere and anticipating service needs.

Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail during busy meal periods.

Answer questions and make recommendations using a strong knowledge of menu items, beverages, and daily features.

Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while helping maintain a positive dining environment.

Follow service standards, restaurant procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Location: Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: 6/15/2026

Pay Rate: $14.42 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round

Schedule: 6:00am - 1:00pm, shifts include weekends and holidays

• 1 year of experience in F&B preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old
