Real Estate Summer Intern

Slifer Smith & Frampton is seeking ambitious college students or recent graduates interested in exploring a career in real estate brokerage for our Summer Intern Program. This hands-on opportunity allows you to support broker success, operational needs across offices, and marketing effort while gaining valuable industry experience. 

What You'll Learn & Do 

  • Real Estate Operations: Experience the day-to-day workings of high-end real estate offices while assisting with front desk coordination and client interactions 

  • Marketing Support: Help create and update marketing materials, assist with open houses, represent the brokerage at community events (such as Keystone Festivals, Firecracker 50, and others), and learn about real estate marketing strategies 

  • Broker Support: Work closely with experienced real estate professionals and learn how successful brokers build their business 

  • Industry Tools: Gain practical experience with industry-specific platforms including MLS, Bold Trail, and other real estate technology 

  • Office Management: Assist with general office organization, client service, and broker support across multiple locations 

Location: You will work at a variety of our 3 Summit County, CO offices 

Pay Rate:$22 / hour 

Start Date: May 25, 2026

Schedule: Thursday through Monday

What We're Looking For 

  • Current college student or recent graduate with interest in real estate 

  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor 

  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new technologies 

  • Available for full-time hours during summer months 

  • Must have housing within a commutable distance of Summit County offices. Please note, housing is not provided by SSF.
