What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll focus heavily on sauté preparations while managing all related prep and line responsibilities. You’ll execute dishes to the proper temperature and standard, maintain a spotless and sanitized workstation, and uphold top-tier quality and presentation. You’ll also support ingredient rotation, keep your station organized and stocked, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Pay Rate: $21 - $24 / hour
Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
