Join the East West Hospitality team as our Senior Assistant Property Manager, supporting the exceptional communities of Greystone, Meadow Ridge, and Beaver Creek Meadows in beautiful Beaver Creek! In this role, you’ll assist the Property Manager in all aspects of operations, service delivery, and owner/association relations—helping ensure each property runs smoothly and every homeowner experience exceeds expectations. You’ll oversee day-to-day functions across these privately owned luxury properties, while taking a lead role in HOA-related responsibilities for Greystone, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and billing. Duties include:
• Works closely and supports the Property Manager for Greystone, Meadow Ridge, and McCoy Peak by communicating effectively to manage Greystone while maintaining APM duties at Meadow Ridge and Beaver Creek Meadows as directed by the Property Manager.
• Prepare for and attend all Association Board meetings as an East West Hospitality representative for Greystone.
• Accountable for monitoring operating budgets and revenue targets for Greystone and recommending reasonable business decisions to the Property Manager.
• Conducts or directs frequent and thorough unit inspections and property walks. Ensures resolution of issues.

Pay Rate: $29 - $31/hour, DOE
