Server - The Charter Steakhouse

The Charter Steakhouse, located in The Charter at Beaver Creek, celebrates the mountain lifestyle with dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients that highlight the best of the region. We’re looking for Servers who are guest-focused, organized, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. If that’s you, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Create a seamless dining experience by setting tables, taking orders with a suggestive-selling approach, and delivering courses promptly and professionally.

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensure food quality, process payments accurately, and maintain clean, organized tables.

• Support the FOH team in daily operations, including assisting with banquets and special events.

• Complete all required training, including TIPS certification, and stay engaged with opportunities to grow within our expanding events department.

• Be a collaborative, positive team member who contributes to an exceptional guest experience every day.

Location: Charter Steakhouse - The Charter - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal positions available

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips

Schedule: 4:00pm - 11:00pm

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills with both guests and co-workers
