Shuttle Driver / Bell Attendant

As a frontline ambassador for our lodges, you’ll play an essential role in safely transporting homeowners and guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and providing attentive, professional service that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for homeowners and guests throughout the Park City area, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean driving record and demonstrating a willingness and comfort level with driving.
• Log, track, and deliver packages and mail accurately, including sending timely delivery notification emails to homeowners and guests.
• Assist with valet-style services such as handling and transporting skis and gear as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with basic guest inquiries as necessary.
• Provide warm and professional service to all guests, owners, and employees.
• Offer guests and owners clear directions, helpful information, and thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain composure and professionalism while managing multiple priorities.
• Support the team with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Location: Stag Lodge, Deer Valley, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time or Part- Time, Seasonal (dates of employment 2/1/2026- 4/19/2026)

Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hour DOE

Schedule: Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of the Park City area preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and technology.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
