Shuttle Driver - Founders Place

In this role, you'll do more than provide transportation—you'll be one of the first and last people our owners and guests interact with, helping create exceptional experiences from arrival to departure.

Whether you're assisting guests with local recommendations, ensuring safe and timely transportation, or delivering a warm welcome after a day on the mountain, you'll play an important role in the service experience that sets Founders Place apart. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Start the shuttle/van each shift and clear any frost or snow to ensure safety.
• Perform daily vehicle checks including lights, fluids, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
• Fuel the shuttle as needed using a corporate charge card; return the card and receipts at the end of each shift.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations according to a set schedule to ensure punctual service.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering information about the area and anticipating their needs.
• Assist owners and guests with gear and luggage, including loading and unloading as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers or supervisors regarding passenger needs or any route changes.
• Periodically wash the shuttle exterior and windows and maintain a clean and tidy vehicle interior.
• When shuttle demand is low, support the Front Desk team with tasks such as handling packages, answering calls, and other duties as needed.

Location: Founders Place – Park City, Utah

Employment Status: Part Time, Seasonal 

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm

• At least 21 years of age by the position start date
• A valid U.S. driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to meet company insurance requirements and pass a background check
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to safely lift, carry, and assist with luggage, skis, snowboards, and other guest belongings
• Comfort using mobile technology and driver applications to manage transportation requests and guest interactions
• A genuine hospitality mindset with a commitment to creating positive experiences for owners and guests
• Knowledge of Park City and surrounding areas, including local attractions, destinations, and seasonal activities
