Shuttle Driver
The Ascent, managed by East West Hospitality, is looking for two seasonal Shuttle Drivers to keep the adventure rolling all season long. If you take pride in safe, smooth rides and love sharing the mountain spirit, this is your chance to be part of an exceptional team.
What You’ll Do:
Drive the Experience: Safely transport guests and owners while delivering top-notch service and local insight along the way.
Gear Up: Load and unload skis, luggage, and other equipment—always with a helping hand and a smile.
Keep It Rolling: Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and fueling to ensure our shuttle is ready for every trip.
Be the Guide: Offer friendly assistance, answer questions, and handle light maintenance or snow clearing as needed.
Stay Connected: Keep the Driver App updated to ensure seamless coordination and stellar guest experiences.

Job Start Date: November 24th, 2025
Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hour DOE + any tips received
Schedule: 4 Ten Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday and 3 Ten Hour Shifts Friday - Sunday

The ideal candidate is at least 21 years of age and a safe, insurable driver with a valid USA driver’s license who can pass a background check and meet HOA insurance requirements. Exceptional customer service skills are essential—someone who can easily engage with guests and owners to ensure a superior experience. This role requires a team player who can also work independently, with the physical ability to lift and carry snow equipment and luggage as needed. Clear communication in English (spoken, read, and written) is a must, along with the ability to use a driver’s app to manage pick-ups, drop-offs, and rider interactions. Current housing in Eagle County is strongly preferred.
