Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Management: Process and review invoices for multi-entity transactions, ensuring proper authorization and coding accuracy.
• Vendor Relations & Compliance: Maintain positive vendor relationships while managing payment schedules, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with 1099 reporting.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, verify payments, and ensure accounts are current by independently researching and resolving issues.
• Payment Processing: Generate and distribute accurate payments through checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

Location: In person at our office in Avon, Colorado

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24-28/hour 

Schedule: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

• Education & Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (SL, Vantaca) and intermediate Excel skills, including experience with financial calculations.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to present financial information in group settings and cross-train with team members, serving as a departmental leader.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
