Duties Include:

• Oversee community management with a focus on fostering a vibrant and caring environment.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and homeowners through daily interactions and updates.
• Lead project planning and property improvements supported by a robust budgeting process.
• Attend community meetings, design reviews, and social events to support engagement and development.
• Manage budgeting, planning, and operations to maintain a thriving community.

Start Date: 7/28/2025

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Compensation: $75k - $85k, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, in office required

We’re looking for someone who excels at providing outstanding customer service in a relaxed hospitality setting-someone who embodies "service with a smile" and brings strong communication skills to every interaction. The ability to stay composed and effective in a high-pressure environment is essential, along with financial acumen and a working knowledge of Colorado homeowners association laws and local regulations. Familiarity with Planned Urban Development (PUD) charters, ordinances, and association bylaws is highly valued. Proficiency with both Microsoft and Mac platforms-including Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel, Numbers, Pages, and PowerPoint-is also required.
