Responsibilities Include:

  • Team Leadership & Development - Mentor and support staff, fostering teamwork and unity. Guide managers in meeting team needs and step in as needed.
  • Revenue & Performance - Drive revenue through strategic promotions, pricing, and product management. Manage budgets, payroll, hiring, and performance.
  • Operations & Compliance - Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance. Oversee admin tasks, training, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Training & Growth - Cultivate F&B talent through strong training programs, ensuring staff is well-prepared to meet service and operational needs.
  • Collaboration & Communication - Build strong interdepartmental relationships, ensure clear communication, engage with guests, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Start Date: 5/1/2025

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $85,000+/year depending on experience

Posting Closes: 4/1/2025 or when filled 

  • Bring Industry Experience - 3-5 years in F&B leadership, ideally in a hotel setting. A degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
  • Be Multilingual (Preferred) - Fluency in English required; additional languages, such as Spanish, are an advantage.
  • Inspire & Lead - Motivates and mentors a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
  • Communicate Effectively - Engages seamlessly with staff, guests, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences - Anticipates needs and creates memorable dining moments.
  • Think Strategically & Solve Problems - Thrives in fast-paced environments, addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Drive Business Success - Skilled in budgeting, P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence - Brings expertise in restaurant, bar, and banquet management while maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Develop & Empower Teams - Recruits, trains, and leads high-performing staff.
  • Leverage Technology - Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
