We are looking for a hands-on, service-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our exceptional team. In this key leadership role, you'll work side-by-side with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly, elevate the guest experience, and support a positive, high-performing team culture. Duties Include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service
Supporting the General Manager with revenue management, marketing initiatives, and budgeting strategies to drive overall property performance
Stepping in to cover front desk shifts when needed, maintaining continuity in guest service and team support
Managing all aspects of reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and exceptional guest communication
Handling group sales inquiries and bookings, building relationships to maximize occupancy and group satisfaction
Collecting owner usage dates and coordinating the timely opening of rental calendars to optimize availability and revenue
Location: Lodge at Lionshead - Vail, Colorado
Start Date: 8/2/2025
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: 40 hours/week, weekends and holidays required
Pay rate: $68,000

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, holds a high school diploma, and has a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include three years of related experience and bilingual communication skills to better serve our diverse guest base. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and brings a friendly, professional demeanor to every interaction. Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven, this candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
