We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our leadership, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our property while maintaining our commitment to delivering unparalleled service to our guests. Duties Include:

  • Manage rental calendars and ensure high guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns
  • Attend meetings related to revenue management, budgeting, and marketing
  • Maintain availability on-call 4+ nights a week and handle reservations and group inquiries
  • Lead Front Desk and Housekeeping teams, including hiring and training staff
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold guest service standards

Location: Lodge at Lionshead - Vail, Colorado

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Flexibility needed, weekends and holidays required

Pay rate: $75,000

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 3 years of progressive experience in hotel/lodging environment
  • Excellent customer service acumen
