Job Description
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for hospitality and a knack for organization? The Riverfront Lodge is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our HOA, Homecare, and Rental programs. In this dynamic role, you’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to ensure seamless communication with owners and vendors, provide outstanding guest service, and manage front office responsibilities-from inspections and check-ins to payment processing and package delivery.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-forward environment-someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. If you're action-oriented, hospitality-minded, and ready to make a real impact, we want to meet you.
Let’s elevate the guest and owner experience-together.
Responsibilities include:
Leads by example to create a culture of accountability, approachability, and integrity, embodying the core value of "doing the right thing."
Builds, mentors, and evaluates the property management team, offering clear guidance, constructive feedback, and support during tough conversations.
Maintains hands-on knowledge of daily operations, performing inspections/walks of the properties and front desk duties.
Drives operational consistency by creating and refining SOPs, managing expenses with discipline, and contributing to budget planning and board meeting prep.
Delivers seamless communication across departments, with owners, guests, and team members, including proactive coordination of arrivals, departures, and pre-arrival planning.
Manages listings and onsite logistics, including OTA and agency visibility, FAM/site tours, and ski equipment/package deliveries, while cultivating strong relationships with owners and guests.
