We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our front desk operations, support staff development, and ensure outstanding service for both owners and rental guests. Duties Include:
As Assistant General Manager, responsibilities include supporting the Front Desk and Breakfast staff as needed, including covering shifts and managing schedules. This role handles guest and owner relations, oversees job postings, hiring, training, and performance management. Duties also include managing monthly mailings, responding to guest surveys, assisting with budgeting, and performing month-end accounting tasks. Additionally, this position oversees sales and marketing efforts, maintains third-party booking channels, and coordinates closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth communication across departments. Other responsibilities include petty cash management, vendor relations, on-call manager duties, and-once licensed-serving as On-Site Broker to manage real estate transactions.

Start Date: 8/18/2025
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: 40 hours/week, holidays and on-call shifts required. Flexibility needed based on business demands.
Pay Rate: $62,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary + Commission Potential

The perfect candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive, go-getter attitude, and at least three years of experience in customer service or hotel operations, preferably with prior management or supervisory experience. A licensed Colorado Real Estate broker is preferred, or the ability to obtain a license within the first year. They should be fluent in English, capable of interpreting safety rules and procedures, and proficient with computers and software like RDP Win Reservations System and Microsoft Office. Strong mathematical and reasoning skills, along with basic accounting knowledge, are essential for analyzing financial reports and making strategic decisions while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor with staff and guests.
