Assistant Owner Relations Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Owner Relations Manager assists the Owner Relations Manager with all owners in the Snowmass Mountain Lodging rental and homecare programs. In addition, they will actively promote SML as the rental company of choice among current and prospective owners and actively pursue new owner relationships. AORM will act as the liaison between the owners and all internal SML departments to ensure that all owner needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist as liaison for Owners with SML Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Engineering, Housekeeping, Garage, and Guest Services departments
Assist ORM with coordinating with owners to reserve residence for owner and guest of owner use
Ensure service levels are maintained at the highest level by using all internal and external resources necessary
Direct and coordinate repairs in units with Engineering and Housekeeping as needed
Have a clear understanding of the Association guidelines and owner responsibilities and educate owners as needed
Assist with regular residence inspections and pre-owner arrival inspections
Coordinate preventive maintenance and housekeeping cleans with those departments
Review monthly owner statements in conjunction with accounting department to ensure all credits and debits are accounted for and document properly
Meet with potential and new owners regarding Snowmass Mountain Lodging Rental Management program
Negotiate and manage contracts between owners and management company
Maintain accuracy of all owner billing, rental management contracts, ACH and tax forms, and other necessary documents
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionalism and attention to detail while ensuring profitability for the company and owners
Ability to handle multiple projects
Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to existing owners and targeted resident owners
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Real Estate Brokers and Agents to expand business opportunities
Knowledge of local real estate
Attends all regularly scheduled meetings (property, regional or corporate)
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required; college degree a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest service industry required.
- Continuing education as directed by division and corporate programs if needed.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Computer Skills:
- Computer knowledge including but not limited to proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Track, TSW, Latch, Alice Property Management Systems (TSW/RDP. TBD)
