East West Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with strong attention to detail, professional communication, and excellent organizational skills. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing Association, Homecare, and Rental operations while providing the highest level of customer service to owners and guests. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day property management activities, maintain accurate records, and serve as a reliable point of contact for owners, vendors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager with all aspects of property, rental, and homecare operations, stepping in as needed.
Deliver outstanding service by communicating with owners and guests and coordinating with the Reservations team.
Oversee work orders, inspections, inventories, and vendor coordination to keep properties running smoothly.
Handle reservations, package deliveries, and daily operational tasks with attention to detail.
Support the team with any additional duties to ensure seamless property management.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $25+ / hour DOE
Schedule: Flexible schedule with seasonal changes, must be able to work weekends

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service and professional communication.
Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
Relevant education or experience: two years of college, trade school, or industry experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office; Track software a plus.
Able to identify home maintenance needs and coordinate timely follow-up for repairs.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking up to 8 hours, and performing tasks such as kneeling, climbing stairs, or using ladders.
