Assistant Property Manager

Join our team at East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek Upper Village! We're seeking a customer-focused professional to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager. Supporting the Property Manager across various locations including Meadows, Meadow Ridge, and Greystone, you'll play a vital role in the Property Management department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager in all departmental functions.
• Provide coverage during absences of Property Manager and other team members.
• Coordinate and oversee housekeeping and maintenance services scheduling.
• Manage work orders and vendor invoicing for Property Manager's review.
• Conduct inspections of units for arrivals, departures, and periodic maintenance checks.
• Identify and address general home maintenance and repair needs, ensuring timely completion.

Work Location:  Highlands - Beaver Creek, CO (Beaver Creek Meadows Townhomes, BC Meadow Ridge Townhomes, and Greystone)

Job Start Date:  As soon as possible

Employment Status:  Full Time year Round

Pay Rate:  $24.00 hourly

Schedule: Flexible - 40 hours per week, nights, weekends and holidays required

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Ideal candidate must be able to complete physical requirements of the job which include moving 25 lbs., shoveling snow, and regularly traversing the area
