Assistant Property Manager

Duties Include:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll support the Property Manager in all essential functions, assist with rental and homecare units, and manage guest and owner relations. You'll coordinate work with outside vendors and in-house departments, conduct arrival and periodic inspections and inventories of units, and handle front desk duties when needed. You'll follow up on owner and rental guest requests, input reservations, receive and deliver packages, and transport ski equipment to and from the ski valet as needed. Location: One Riverfront - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25 to $29/hour DOE

Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm, changes seasonally, weekends required, holidays required, ability to work irregular hours and days depending on work demand

The perfect candidate will possess two years of college or trade school education, or comparable industry experience, along with previous customer or guest service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize complex tasks are essential. The ideal candidate will have a calm demeanor and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, work irregular hours and days, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn property management-specific platforms. They should be able to recognize and identify general home maintenance issues, perform simple repairs, and follow up for their completion. Additionally, the candidate must be able to sit or stand for long periods, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, read financial documents, and possess a valid driver’s license.
