What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering top-tier service to owners and guests while supporting all aspects of property management operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, engaging with vendors and ensuring follow-ups, and managing owner and rental guest requests. You’ll also work with various property management systems such as Track and Vantaca to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you’ll provide daily support to homeowners and rental guests, performing routine checks to confirm everything is in working order for the associations we oversee. Leading by example and fostering a strong team dynamic, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining excellence in service and property upkeep.
Location: Office at Beaver Creek Landing - Avon, CO. On-site parking. Steps away from the slopes!
Start Date: 2/17/2025
Posting Close Date: 2/17/2025 (or when filled)
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $24 - 26/hr. DOE + $1,000 Signing Bonus (to be paid in two allotments after 30 and 90 days of employment)
Schedule: 40hrs/week flexible, changes seasonally, some weekends and holidays required, ability to work irregular hours and days depending on work demand
The ideal candidate is accountable, self-motivated, and highly trustworthy, with strong organizational and time management skills. While a basic knowledge of property management is preferred, we provide extensive on-the-job training to set you up for success.
