The high performing team at One Riverfront has an immediate opening for an Assistant Property Manager! We’re seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven professional to support the daily operations of our property and association management team. In this dynamic, multifaceted role, you’ll engage directly with owners, guests, vendors, and our in-house homecare and rental programs to ensure smooth, high-quality experiences across the board. Responsibilities include property inspections, guest check-ins, reservation assistance, vendor coordination, and more. Duties Include:

  • Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, including owner and guest relations

  • Support rental and homecare programs through inspections, reservations, and service follow-ups

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless property upkeep

  • Provide front desk coverage and manage package handling and ski valet logistics

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support property and association goals

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26 to $28 / hour DOE

Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm, changes seasonally, weekends required, holidays required

  • Two years of college, trade school, or equivalent experience in property operations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset

  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure, with the ability to multitask effectively

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and days as needed

  • Self-motivation, independence, and strong administrative and problem-solving skills
