Assistant Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Property Manager to handle day-to-day operations and owner/guest communications

• Conduct property inspections and follow up on service requests and maintenance needs

• Assist with rental and homecare programs, including reservations and quality control

• Coordinate vendor access and project timelines to maintain property standards

• Provide front desk support, manage package deliveries, and oversee ski valet operations

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26 to $28 / hour DOE

Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm, changes seasonally, weekends required, holidays required

• Two years of college, trade school, or equivalent experience in property operations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure, with the ability to multitask effectively

• Flexibility to work irregular hours and days as needed

• Self-motivation, independence, and strong administrative and problem-solving skills
