We are looking for a Banquet Horseperson to join our team in Viceroy Snowmass! If you are an upbeat people-person who enjoys working in a busy environment we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Complete final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location.
• Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Strive for continuous improvement and excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Comply with  performance standards, policies and procedures in Banquets
• Keep the Banquet Manager or Supervisor aware of all events that occur during functions.
• Be aware of VIP’s coming to the resort and those that are already in-house
• Each colleague is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.

Employment Type: Part Time On Call

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $20+ Tips

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights and weekends and holidays required

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Bilingual helpful but not required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
