The Grind

As a Barista, you'll bring brilliance to every brew, making Starbucks standards look like your warm-up act. With an artist's touch, you'll transform every drink into an Instagram-worthy masterpiece and become a menu virtuoso, crafting espresso creations that ignite taste buds and food pairings that dazzle. Your superhuman sixth sense for anticipating guest needs, lightning-fast problem-solving skills, and relentless pursuit of excellence will turn ordinary coffee runs into legendary experiences, leaving guests eager for their next caffeine revelation.

The Beans

Winter Incentive: Full-Time employees are eligible for an Epic Merchant Ski Pass or end of season bonus (based on start date)

Location: Starbucks at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Seasonal and Year-round, Full-Time & Part-Time positions available

Schedule: Available shifts are 5:30am - noon, 7:00am - 3:00pm, noon - 6pm

Compensation: $20 / hour + tips
