Your Shift Will Look Like:

As a Bartender at Charter Steakhouse, you’ll craft a variety of beverages, from cocktails to beer and wine, with accuracy and speed, all while engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and assess guest preferences to make thoughtful recommendations. Your knowledge of our wine, liquor, and beer offerings, along with a mastery of our signature cocktail recipes, ensures every drink meets our high standards. In addition to handling bar tables and verifying guest IDs, you’ll keep the bar stocked and organized, providing weekly inventory reports to the General Manager. Occasionally, you’ll lend your bartending expertise to banquet events, with additional opportunities available in our expanding events department. Throughout every shift, your focus remains on delivering an exceptional guest experience, following all food and beverage regulations, and nurturing the welcoming, high-quality atmosphere our guests love.

Employment Status: Part Time, Seasonal 

Pay Rate: $14.42 / hour + tips 

Schedule: 2pm - 11pm

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing serving drinks & wine
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Strong POS system abilities
