Bartender- The Hub Collective
Job Description
We are looking for a customer service, detail oriented, go getter Seasonal Key Holder Bartender to join our team at The Collective’s pop up bar: The Hub in Snowmass Base Village this summer! This position reports directly to the Director of Plaza Venues & Events and is full-time. If you are an upbeat person, with bar management and food handling experience, who enjoys working in a busy environment, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
- Prepare bar area for service in accordance with The Collective standards.
- Ensure bar mise-en-place is completed before service.
- Receive food and beverage orders from and from guests at the bar and dispense as requested.
- Handle basic food prep and service for a limited menu (e.g., small plates, snacks, pre-made items)
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in both bar and kitchen prep areas
- Open and close the venue, including cash handling, securing inventory, and managing end-of-day reports
- Receive and handle daily food orders from Viceroy kitchen team.
- Responsible for cash flow and for correct charging of drinks sold.
- Ensure a minimum loss through breakage and waste.
- Maintain adequate bar beverage stocks holds empty spirit bottles in order to requisition more. Requisitions liquor at the specified times. Check the receipt of orders to confirm they are correct. [Beer, wine, limited spirits and NA beverages only on day-to-day basis..
- Adheres strictly to the provisions and regulations regarding Colorado liquor licensing laws, underage drinking and the policies of The Collective.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues with professionalism
- Act as a liaison between staff and management during service
- Other tasks as assigned
Location: The Collective: The Hub
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal
Start Date: Mid-June
Pay Rate: $30.00/ hour +TIPS
Schedule: 2:30-10:30PM Daily, Full Time.
Nights, holidays & weekends required

Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Previous supervisory or keyholder experience required
- Basic food handling knowledge (Food Handler’s certification a plus)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to provide strong references
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Must be self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- Good "people skills" are necessary-must enjoy interaction with people.
- Job activities require primarily standing, with occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, handling and some walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to approximately 50 pounds
