Duties Include:

  • Lead and supervise bell staff: Plan, assign, and monitor work, set priorities, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality service, especially in the absence of the Owner Services Manager.

  • Guest arrivals and departures: Assist with luggage, escort owners/guests to residences, explain residence features, ensure proper handling of personal items, and coordinate safe and timely transportation of luggage and vehicles.

  • Shuttle and vehicle operations: Oversee in-house shuttle schedule, drive safely, maintain company vehicles, and ensure all guest vehicles are properly marked and accounted for.

  • Communication and information service: Respond to guest requests and inquiries, provide information on resort policies, services, and amenities, and maintain professional radio and telephone etiquette.

  • Operational support and property upkeep: Manage bell office and storage areas, ensure cleanliness of porte-cochere and workspaces, handle incoming/outgoing packages, report maintenance issues, and contribute to team efficiency and safety.

Start Date: 11/05/2025

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $18 / hour plus tips

Schedule: Flexibility is required. Morning shifts (starting as early as 6am) Mid shifts & Night shifts (finishing as late as 11:30pm).
