What You’ll Do Includes:
Inspire and lead the bell team: Schedule and supervise daily operations, train and support team members, resolve challenges, and ensure every interaction reflects excellence—especially when stepping in for the Owner Services Manager.
Own the guest experience: Welcome guests and owners upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, escort them to their residences, explain amenities, and ensure every detail—from vehicles to personal items—is handled with care.
Oversee shuttle and valet operations: Coordinate shuttle schedules, drive safely, maintain vehicles, and ensure all guest vehicles are properly tagged and managed.
Deliver top-tier communication: Respond promptly to guest requests and questions, share resort information, and maintain polished, professional communication over radio and phone.
Keep operations running smoothly: Maintain the bell office and storage areas, ensure the porte-cochere and workspaces are pristine, manage packages, report maintenance needs, and support team safety and efficiency.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $18 / hour plus tips
Schedule: Flexibility is required. Morning shifts (starting as early as 6am) Mid shifts & Night shifts (finishing as late as 11:30pm).
