Managed by East West Hospitality, our boutique fractional ownership property nestled in the heart of Bachelor Gulch is looking for enthusiastic Valet/Bell Staff to join our exceptional team.

As a member of our Valet/Bell team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with our owners while earning tips that can boost your pay to as much as $30/hour! We offer flexible schedules, ideal for the ski season, and a fun, dynamic work environment. If you excel at anticipating guest needs, enjoy staying active, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we’d love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with luggage and valet services to ensure smooth, stress-free arrivals.
• Offer engaging introductions to the Residence Club and guide guests to their residences, while building strong, long-term relationships with owners and staff.
• Drive shuttles to top Vail destinations, including restaurants, trails, and ski lifts, and assist with special activities like preparing cozy fires for s'mores.
• Manage long-term storage and shipping requests, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Handle calls and emails promptly, delivering personalized service and maintaining attention to detail to enhance every guest’s stay.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: We offer everyone a mixed schedule, flexibility is necessary: 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities, our Bell team has been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or GED, coupled with two years of hospitality experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. With a strong foundation in hospitality principles and practices, they're also tech-savvy, proficient in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Opera PMS, and Alice. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, alongside a keen command of written English for polished emails and texts. A knack for engaging with diverse individuals, whether over the phone, via email, or in person, is essential. Familiarity with area events and club amenities is a big plus, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds to assist guests as needed.
