Poste Montane Lodge is searching for the ultimate Breakfast Attendant who can transform ordinary mornings into extraordinary experiences.

Your Mission Is To Create Morning Magic:

• Craft Welcoming Experiences: Greet guests with genuine warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes them feel instantly at home. Your friendly approach turns a simple breakfast into a memorable moment.
• Orchestrate Breakfast Brilliance: Manage the breakfast buffet with precision and care. Keep food stations fully stocked, surfaces clean, and the entire area looking impeccable from start to finish.
• Become a Breakfast Artisan: Prepare and present breakfast items with care. Handle both hot and cold food preparations, ensuring everything looks and tastes delightful.
• Be the Morning's Maestro: Maintain the breakfast area before, during, and after service. Clean, restock, and reset with efficiency that makes everything look effortless.
• Champion Team Excellence: Work seamlessly with colleagues to provide smooth, exceptional service that anticipates and meets every guest need.

Location: Poste Montane Lodge, Managed by East West Hospitality - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full and Part Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hour; hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the other half after 90 days from start. 

Schedule: 6:30am and done before noon

Post Closing Date:  4/8/2025 or until filled

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic kitchen skills, including food preparation and handling.
• Attention to cleanliness and organization with excellent cleaning skills.
• The ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
