Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Summit County’s leading real estate brokerage, seeks a flexible and dynamic professional to join our team as an On-Call Broker Services Coordinator. This position is perfect for individuals with a changing schedule who are looking for flexibility while gaining exposure to various locations and brokers within the company.

As an On-Call Broker Services Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our high-end real estate offices across different locations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with front desk duties, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting brokers with administrative and marketing tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with the real estate industry, our different offices, and our team, making it an ideal steppingstone for those interested in full-time opportunities with us.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: PT On-Call

Pay Rate: $24 -$26/hour dependent on experience

Schedule: As needed, shifts are from 8:30 am - 5pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide on-call support across multiple locations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist brokers with administrative and marketing tasks, including setting up showings, creating marketing materials, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling general office duties.
  • Contribute to various day-to-day tasks and projects as needed, adapting to the dynamic needs of the office.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Expectations & Best Practices

  • Shift Coverage Expectations: While available shifts vary, our general expectation is that you can pick up a minimum of two shifts per month. If you do not pick up at least one shift within 60 days, you will be required to attend a refresher training session at the office. Please note that a refresher session is not a substitute for completing a shift.
  • Communication: Timely communication is essential. You are required to respond to staff outreach within 48 hours of being contacted regarding shift availability or other inquiries.
  • Availability: While on-call, please maintain an updated schedule to ensure you are reachable for upcoming opportunities and shifts.
  • Professionalism: Even though your schedule is flexible, your role is vital to the smooth operation of the office. We expect a high level of professionalism and reliability whenever you are called in for shifts.
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web based software programs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
