Job Description
Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Summit County’s leading real estate brokerage, is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team of support staff. The Broker Services Coordinator ensures smooth operations of our high-end real estate office by coordinating front desk responsibilities, providing elevated customer service, supporting brokers, maintaining office presentation, and assisting with marketing and business planning. They must demonstrate consistent attendance, a proactive attitude, and an ability to learn various company platforms (Matrix MLS, BoldTrail, Marq, Xpress Docs, Office 365), serving as a resource for training. Additionally, they may support the Branch Broker with report generation, meeting scheduling, and office event planning tasks.
- Location: On-Site at our Slifer Smith & Frampton Offices in Breckenridge, Frisco & Keystone
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: On-Call
- Pay Rate: $24 -$26/hour dependent on experience + quarterly bonuses
- Schedule: As needed. Shifts are from 8:30 am-5pm
What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-call support across multiple locations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist brokers with administrative and marketing tasks, including setting up showings, creating marketing materials, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling general office duties.
- Contribute to various day-to-day tasks and projects as needed, adapting to the dynamic needs of the office.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Expectations & Best Practices
- Shift Coverage Expectations: While available shifts vary, our general expectation is that you can pick up a minimum of two shifts per month. If you do not pick up at least one shift within 60 days, you will be required to attend a refresher training session at the office. Please note that a refresher session is not a substitute for completing a shift.
- Communication: Timely communication is essential. You are required to respond to staff outreach within 48 hours of being contacted regarding shift availability or other inquiries.
- Availability: While on-call, please maintain an updated schedule to ensure you are reachable for upcoming opportunities and shifts.
- Professionalism: Even though your schedule is flexible, your role is vital to the smooth operation of the office. We expect a high level of professionalism and reliability whenever you are called in for shifts.

- Excellent customer service skills required
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience
- Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web based software programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
