Job Description
Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Colorado’s leading real estate brokerage, is seeking a professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Broker Services Coordinator to join our high-performing support team at the Cherry Creek and Coloradan offices.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment where exceptional customer service, marketing support, and operational excellence intersect. As the face of our luxury offices, you will play a key role in supporting brokers, enhancing listing presentations, and ensuring a polished, professional experience for clients and staff alike.
The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent reliability, a service-oriented mindset, and a strong ability to learn and navigate various company platforms (Matrix MLS, BoldTrail, Marq, Xpress Docs, PowerPoint, and Office 365). This individual also serves as a trusted resource for platform training and may assist the Branch Broker with reporting, meeting coordination, and office event planning.
Location: On Site at Cherry Creek and Coloradan offices
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $25 -$30/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Shifts are from 9am-5pm, with flexibility for office events
What You’ll Do:
Provide daily administrative and operational support to brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient office functionality.
Coordinate and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including postcards, brochures, MLS entries, social media content, and PowerPoint presentations using branded templates and digital tools.
Manage the end-to-end new listing process, ensuring all tasks on the listing checklist are completed promptly and accurately.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, delivering a warm, professional front desk experience including phone support and visitor assistance.
Maintain a refined and organized office environment by managing supplies, tidying common areas, and preparing conference rooms for meetings.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution to brokers.
Prepare and distribute monthly operational reports, team calendars, and internal communications.
Assist with office meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and coordination of refreshments and logistics.
Maintain office equipment and systems to ensure smooth operation of technology resources.
Act as a go-to resource for brokers and staff, providing training and guidance on internal tools and platforms.
Contribute to a wide variety of daily projects and special tasks, adapting flexibly to the evolving needs of the office.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, service, and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience
- Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web based software programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
