Description

The Broker Services Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing broker support and office presentation in Snowmass Village, CO locations, ensuring Slifer Smith & Frampton provides an exceptional level of service to brokers, clients and the community. The Broker Services Marketing Coordinator maintains consistent professional attendance and a cooperative and proactive attitude in interfacing with brokers, external clients, vendors, and other support team members. Additionally, this individual will actively support SSF’s Mission and Vision, contributing to the company's growth and influence in the market.

Location: Onsite in our Snowmass Village, CO Locations

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $28 -$30/hour dependent on experience + bonus potential

Schedule: Monday: Friday, 9am-5pm

Broker & Listing Support

  • Manages and updates MLS listings, including inputting properties, tracking expirations, running reports, and coordinating showings and open houses.
  • Uses Slifer Engine (SSF Intranet) to complete listing checklists, upload photography, place ads, order marketing materials, and generate seller reports.
  • Assists brokers with KvCORE CRM, helping manage client databases, marketing campaigns, testimonials, and automated alerts.
  • Creates and customizes marketing emails, newsletters, listing presentations, and CMAs.
  • Designs marketing materials using Marq (digital design software), ensuring brand consistency across flyers, brochures, social media, and office displays.
  • Orders printed materials via Xpress Docs and ensures broker profiles and listings are accurately displayed on Forbes Global Properties and affiliate sites.

Office Management & Operational Support

  • Maintains a professional, branded office environment that reflects SSF’s standards.
  • Coordinates office operations, including opening/closing, supply orders, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance.
  • Acts as a liaison with SSF corporate staff and external vendors for office maintenance, branding, and security.
  • Manages budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking, assisting with broker accounting inquiries and submitting reports accurately and on time.
  • Provides customer service support, greeting visitors, answering calls, and routing clients to brokers professionally.
  • Assists the Branch Broker in fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting SSF’s presence in the community.
  • Organizes and tracks monthly and annual reports for developments, sales, and statistical data.
  • Prepares and distributes Monthly Broker Floor Duty Calendars and daily office updates.
  • Supports the planning and execution of office meetings, special events, and community sponsorships.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Effectively communicates SSF’s value proposition and supports broker recruiting efforts.
  • Oversees local broker onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition with proper system access and documentation.
  • Serves as a power user of SSF office systems, providing training and 1:1 support for brokers.
  • Stays informed on marketing tools, programs, and SSF affiliations, assisting with real estate sign orders, content creation, and event coordination.

 

Minimum Requirements
  • Maintains professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance as outlined in the Company Handbook, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Communicates and implements new company policies and procedures as they relate to broker support and office operations.
  • Maintains a positive and cooperative attitude when working with internal and external clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensures confidentiality in all duties performed.
  • Front desk or administrative experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing multi-step projects from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
